- Business License (only for such business as: Commercial Bank, VASP, Gambling provider, Casino, Betting provider and any other company which is engaged in the business of dealing with financial and monetary transactions such as deposits, loans, investments, and currency exchange etc.)
- List or certificate of Shareholders / List or certificate of Directors (only if not stated in Trade Registry extract)

- They are in one of the following languages or translated into English, Spanish, Italian, Tagalog, French, Lithuanian, Hungarian and German
